Curley has taught in a range of programs — associate, bachelor and RN to BSN — around the world including in New York City, Hawaii, Israel and Uganda. Her background includes extensive work in emergency nursing and mental health/psychiatric nursing. Curley has worked at a Level I Trauma Center in Harlem and Long Island, N.Y., the second busiest emergency department in Hawaii and a Level 2 Trauma Center in New Jersey. She has also worked in psychiatric settings including acute and chronic psychiatric units in Hawaii.
