Each year Averett hosts a number of clinics with riders, trainers, and industry professionals. Not only does this give our students an opportunity to learn from some of the most respected names in the equine industry, but it is also a great networking opportunity. Many of our students have obtained internships and formed business contacts through their interactions with on campus clinicians. Some clinicians from recent years include:


Bailey Cook
USDF Certified Instructor/Trainer T4, FEI level Competitor and Trainer

USDF Certification Examiner, Grand Prix level Competitor and Trainer, R judge

Sarah Geikie
USDF certified instructor through 4th Level, and coordinator of NEDA's FlexTime Instructor Program for Junior/YoungRiders

Pati Pierucci
Grand Prix trainer/competitor and coach. Patis gregarious personality and wealth of knowledge make her a student favorite.

An accomplished Grand prix trainer and rider, Jane is best known for the extensive work she has done as an author and in instructional videos.
