Averett's Nursing Major
The bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) degree is available to nurses who already hold an
associate degree or diploma from an approved registered nursing program. These courses are
designed for registered nurses to advance in knowledge and skills to gain a baccalaureate degree
or graduate nurses planning to sit for the RN NCLEX.
Goals of the program include:
- Offer a baccalaureate nursing program steeped in the liberal arts tradition
