If the Averett University Office of Financial Aid has notified you that additional documents are needed to continue processing your financial aid file, you may now download these forms and submit them to our office by mail. Please complete these forms only if requested by our office. If you have any questions, call (434) 791-5890 and speak to a financial aid counselor Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm.
