Join us for the third part of the Summer Series of Something. Barb Kushubar, Associate Professor, Physical Education, Wellness/ Sport Science, will be presenting a wellness forum: “Move It or Lose It!” Tuesday, October 22 3-3:45 pm in the Multipurpose Room. Refreshments will be served. It’s all about Functionality, Flexibility and Form. Come and chat and chew with Barb Kushubar and learn a bit more about the topic. She will be discussing the importance of sleep habits and exercise as they apply to the aging process.
