| Fall Enrollment Numbers It is important to be consistent when speaking internally or externally about Averett's student "numbers," or publishing any information that communicates those numbers (in print or online). In an effort to help with that consistency, Dr. Stuart Jones, vice presidnce for enrollment management, has provided the key enrollment numbers. Please use these numbers in your communications. Students > Approximately 2,700 students > 900 traditional students > 1,800 adult, professional learners Locations > 12 Campuses > The Danville campus has 1,100 students > Our other 11 regional campuses have 1,600 students Traditional Student Demographics > 53 percent male and 47 percent female > 38 percent minority students > 8 percent international students > 36 percent student athletes > 61 percent from Virginia > 15 percent from North Carolina > 17 percent from other states > 7 percent from other countries > 65 percent live on campus |
