Checkers' Mutt Strut and Bike Ride was held at the Martinsville Speedway on April 14 and featured vendors, raffle drawings, K-9 officer exhibitions, a dog costume contest and a stroll around the racetrack.
Smart brought in her fellow bachelor of business administration team members to help - Erica Hudson, Lori McAlexander, Misty Forbes and Kimberly Boyd.
