|Join the IT Book Club|
Would you like to enhance your teaching effectiveness? Participate in this spring's Instructional Technology (IT) Book Club, which offers intellectual stimulation in casual, collegial, small-group discussions. Everyone who teaches for Averett, whether full-time, part-time or adjunct, is invited to participate.
The spring book selection is Ken Bain's "What the Best College Teachers Do." Participants will meet in Danville starting the week of Feb. 17 and will determine meeting days and times as well as meeting regularity. A copy of the book will be provided to each participant. Interested? Email Kim McMurtry by Feb. 10. Space is limited.
