Averett's 151st academic year officially closed with our May 1 Commencement and an inspiring address from Averett graduate Judge Rossie Alston. More than 330 graduates received their diplomas joining a network of 22,000 alumni, spanning 50 states and 41 countries. Commencement, like spring, is truly a new beginning.
The learning, however, continues this summer with classes and camps. I hope you will enjoy summer at your hometown university.
