While February is marked by cold weather and short days, it is also the month that we celebrate how love makes our lives better. My hope is that our University also enriches your life.We are fortunate to be involved in the lives of families in this region, across our nation and around the world. In January we hosted more than 80 community members for our inaugural Martin Luther King Jr. community prayer breakfast. We are off to an energetic start for what is shaping up to be another year of growth and change at Averett. This month I encourage you to attend one of our Arts@Averett events or to catch a sports event if you can.I look forward to seeing you on campus.
