1859-Coffeehouse Lectures Features Religion

March 20, 2012

Averett University's 1859 – Coffeehouse Lecture Series wraps up at 7 p.m. March 27 in Jut's Café. Dr. William Trakas will present "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly of the Crusades" and Dr. William Trimyer will present "Customs and Definitions of Religions." The event is free and open to the public.

The 1859 – Coffeehouse Lecture Series is designed to bring community members to Averett's Main Campus to interact in a small, relaxed setting. The series allows Averett to showcase its faculty – current and retired – to Danville and the surrounding communities. Each presentation is approximately 30 minutes, with a 15 minute break.
