GPS Launches Ambitious Multi-Media Campaign, New Programs

Averett's Graduate and Professional Studies (GPS) Program has launched an exciting new multi-media campaign aimed at the working adult market. The campaign, proudly "starring" Averett's own GPS students, was created and produced in conjunction with Averett's new marketing partner, Synergis Education. Elements of the campaign include 11 new billboards, targeted direct mail and online banner ads, and a new 30-second TV commercial. (To see the new TV commercial, please click here).
The TV spot will run in staggered flights for a total of nine weeks in the Central Virginia (greater Richmond) market, and will air on early morning news (e.g. "Good Morning America," CBS "This Morning" and the "TODAY Show"), early evening news, and in prime time (e.g. the Academy Awards, the Grammy Awards, "Survivor," "The Amazing Race" and "Undercover Boss").
In addition to its new multi-media campaign, GPS is also launching several exciting new programs. Currently in the pipeline are: an accelerated masters of accountancy program to be offered on-campus as well as online; an RN to BSN program offered by Averett's nurse education department for working nurses; a BBA in health care administration; an MEd in administration and supervision; a bachelor of public administration; and more.
