Thinking about Tax Planning?

October 14, 2013

Would you like to save on your taxes?
• If you make a property (real estate or stock) gift to Averett, you avoid any tax that would otherwise be due upon sale.

• If you are age 70 ½, you can donate up to $100,000 from your IRA to Averett without owing taxes on the amount.

Averett has recently launched a new resource on its website, a gift planning web page − aulegacygift.org − that will give visitors access to many financial planning tools. Some of the tools include calculators to look at funding streams in retirement, personal will kits, language for bequests and tax savings information.

We invite you to use these tools at no cost to help plan for your future.
