CAP & GOWN
The only thing you are required to order from the bookstore is your cap & gown. (The cost of your cap and gown is not included in your graduation fee.) AVERETT BOOKSTORE Call 434-791-5640 or 1-800-AVERETT (283-7388) ext 15640

We will need the following information to place your order:

1. Your Name and Address
2. Exact Degree (i.e. Bachelors of Science, Art, MED, etc.)
3. Your Height and Weight
4. Method of Payment

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Balfour offers personalized graduation announcements.

These announcements include your name, degree, and major. They must be ordered directly from Balfour and delivery is usually three to five weeks. There is an example of the announcement on their website along with the order form. Balfour also has a variety of other graduation products available. Remember that you are sending announcements, not invitations. Therefore, it is never too late to place your order - you can send announcements after you graduate if you wish!

DIPLOMA FRAMES
Diploma frames from Framing Success are available in the Bookstore. These are wonderful quality frames with the school's seal in gold on the mat. They make excellent graduation gifts. Please contact the Bookstore to order these.
