Career Fairs

10.24.08: The Annual Averett Alumni Career Fair

This event invites Averett Alumni to come and discuss their occupations and Averett experience and network with current students. We also invite anyone who “wishes to hire Averett students”.  This event is part of Homecoming and will take place at our on campus Student Center. 

10.28.08: The UVA Diversty Fair, Charlottesville, VA

There are around 150 vendors who attend this event and many are large national companies and agencies. This is a great opportunity for large and small corporations to meet and interview Averett students. Transportation to Charlottesville will be provided for students interested in participating. 2.24.09: Career Premiere, Salem, VA

Averett is part of the Career Premier Consortium that puts on this great event for students approaching graduation to discover employment opportunities. 03.09: AU & DCC’s Career and Networking Fair
