2008 Resident Assistant Selection Timeline
Below you will find the timeline for the 2008 RA selection process.  Questions about the selection process can be emailed to one of the Area Coordinators:  Jason Everson (jeverson@averett.edu) or Kaylin Braham (kbraham@averett.edu).  The Area Coordinators can also be contacted at extension 15622.

Tuesday, January 28

• Information Session, 11:30a.m. in  the Multipurpose Room of the Student Center

Thursday, January 31

• Information Session, 11:15 p.m. in Bishop Conference Center.

Friday, February 15--Applications Due

• All candidate applications are due to the Residence Life Office by 4:30 p.m.

Wednesday, February 20

• Invitations to interview to be delivered to campus mailboxes by 4:00 p.m.

Monday, February 25:  Interview Day (please contact one of the Area Coordinators if you have any concerns or conflicts)

• Individual Interviews are scheduled for the morning between 9:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m.
• Group Interviews are scheduled for the afternoon between 3:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m.

Monday, March 17--RA Position Offerings Extended

• Candidates who have been selected will receive a letter of invitation and an RA contract in their campus mailbox by 4:00 p.m.

Tuesday, March 25

• Contracts and housing applications (if applicable) need to be returned to the Residence Life Office by 4:30 p.m.
