ROOM AND BOARD RATES

Room and board rates are paid by the semester.  All residential students are required to maintain a dining plan.  In the case of withdrawal from the University, while school is in session, there is no refund of room or board charges for the semester.  Room and Board Rates are as follows:

Traditional Residence Halls -Danville, Davenport, Main per semester:

• Unlimited Meal with $25 Bonus Bucks          $4,060.00
• 14 Meal (210 Block) with $50 Bonus Bucks  $3,960.00
• 07 Meal (105 Block) with $75 Bonus Bucks  $3,660.00 (not available to first year students)

Traditional Residence Halls/Suites -Bishop, Fugate per semester:

• Unlimited Meal with $25 Bonus Bucks          $4,210.00
• 14 Meal (210 Block) with $50 Bonus Bucks  $4,110.00
• 07 Meal (105 Block) with $75 Bonus Bucks  $3,810.00 (not available to first year students)

Averett Commons Apartments -Cost per semester:
  *Housing Not Available in Averett Commons for first-year students

• Unlimited Meal with $25 Bonus Bucks          $4,610.00
• 14 Meal (210 Block) with $50 Bonus Bucks  $4,510.00
• 07 Meal (105 Block) with $75 Bonus Bucks  $4.210.00

Mt. View Apartments- International Student Housing Only

Housing and Meal Plan Contract apply, as well as conditions outlined in a separate lease agreement signed at check-in.

Room and Board cost and payment options are outlined in lease agreement.   Required to select a Meal Plan.

*Private Room Rate (limited availability)- $800 for the academic year (Must be paid before student is permitted to check-in to room)
