Housing and Meal Plan Rates

2013/2014 Housing Rates


ROOM AND BOARD RATES

Room and board rates are paid by the semester.  All residential students are required to maintain a dining plan.  In the case of withdrawal from the University, while school is in session, there is no refund of room or board charges for the semester.  Room and Board Rates are as follows:

Traditional Residence Halls - Danville, Davenport, Main per semester:
Unlimited Meal with $25 Bonus Bucks $4,275.00
14 Block (210 meals) with $50 Bonus Bucks $4,100.00
07 Block (105 meals) with $75 Bonus Bucks $3,800.00
   
Traditional Residence Halls/Suites - Bishop, Fugate per semester:
Unlimited Meal with $25 Bonus Bucks $4,425.00
14 Block (210 meals) with $50 Bonus Bucks $4,250.00
07 Block (105 meals) with $75 Bonus Bucks $3,950.00
   
Averett Commons Apartments - Cost per semester:
*Housing Not Available in Averett Commons for first-year students
Unlimited Meal with $25 Bonus Bucks $4,850.00
14 Block (210 meals) with $50 Bonus Bucks $4,675.00
07 Block (105 meals) with $75 Bonus Bucks $4,375.00
   
Mt. View Apartments - International Student Housing - Cost per semester:
Unlimited Meal with $25 Bonus Bucks $4,275.00
14 Block (210 meals) with $50 Bonus Bucks $4,100.00
07 Block (105 meals) with $75 Bonus Bucks $3,800.00

*Private Room Rate (limited availability)- $800 for the academic year (Must be paid before student is permitted to check-in to room)
