QUESTION: What helps keep you motivated while you are in the program?

ANSWER: “I cannot be complacent with what I know today, change is going to happen, it is up to me to learn to adapt. Most of us can probably remember hearing our grandparents or even parents say that is not how we did it back then, or life was so much simpler. They were right, but what is to be gained dwelling on it?”
