Master’s in Special Education Degree Program Recognized

The university is excited to announce that its online Master’s in Special Education Degree Program has been recognized as one of the most affordable private non-profit programs by masters-in-special-education.com. Out of more than 200 private non-profit schools that offer a master’s in special education across the country, Averett was ranked 14th in affordability.

To compile this list of the most affordable private non-profit schools for a master’s in special education in 2015, the site’s editors scoured the National Center for Education Statistics database College Navigator to find private non-profit institutions offering master’s in special education. From among the more than 200 results, editors identified the 50 schools with the lowest reported graduate tuition and fees. Additional information was collected directly from university websites. The schools listed have gone above and beyond by providing these options at an affordable cost, making the dream of becoming a stellar special education teacher within reach for more aspiring instructors.
