logoLogo Change Coming

This is a friendly reminder our logo will officially change July 1. This month, make sure you use as much of the old stationery as possible. If you need new stationery, contact your department’s administrative assistant who will be able to place the order with the vendor. In order to ensure all of the information is correct on the new stationery, it is recommended that everyone get a proof before approving their first orders. This way you can double check phone numbers/fax numbers, address, spelling, etc. Once the cutoff date is reached, all envelopes and stationery with the old logo can be used for inter-office communications.

If you have any questions, contact the department of marketing and communications at [email protected].

wepa_logoNew Student Printing Solution

This summer, the IT department is deploying a new student printing solution called wēpa. Wēpa is a flexible cloud based printing solution that enables students to upload documents and print them at any wēpa kiosk located on campus. Wēpa allows students the ability to print documents from computers as well as Android and Apple devices. For the students’ convenience, kiosks will be located at the Student Center, the Galesi Family Student Success Center, as well as a kiosk at the Riverview Campus and North Campus. Each student will be allowed a print quota of roughly 250 b/w pages, or 70 color pages per semester at no cost. After that amount wēpa allows students to “reload” their account through the app. The cost for additional prints are $.10 for b/w single sided ($0.18 double sided) and $0.40 for color single sided ($0.75 color double sided).

This program will not affect faculty and staff printers, including multifunction machines.
