PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Faculty whose classes meet across two or more periods may select an exam period but an announcement should be made to the students no less than two months before of the exam date. For Fall that would be by October 1st and for Spring that would be by March 1st.
  2. By agreement of the faculty, no student or class is to be given a final examination earlier than the scheduled time. The Wednesday after exams may be used for any exam which is not administered during the scheduled time.
  3. No student may be required to sit for more than two exams on any one day. If the student’s schedule should result in three exams on the same day, the student may arrange with the instructor of his/her choice for a late exam in that course.
  4. By agreement of the faculty, if an exam is not to be given, the class must meet at the scheduled exam time.
