Key practices for a consistent Averett internship experience need to be in effect by Fall 2016.

Here is the link for the Averett University internship responsibility agreements that already have been approved by the CFO. Both meet the approved placement and insurance practices. If you would like to remove, add or change anything to the agreements, or use entirely different documents, please have the CFO re-read and approve. Once the CFO has approved and signed the agreements, they can be your standard forms to share with students. Student interns, internship site supervisors, and faculty supervisors will review and sign the agreements at the beginning of each semester. Copies of the signed agreements must be housed in the CFO’s office. Please send them to Mark Sheets each semester.

The only other involvement the CFO’s office will have in this internship process will be housing the agreements. Copies of every signed agreement should be shared with their office.

Per usual, your Fall 2016 syllabi will need to be submitted by the first day of classes. ALL faculty should submit syllabi to Kara Robertson ([email protected]) and cc [email protected].
