Payroll Information

The payroll team is part of the Business Office operations but works closely with Human Resources to assure accurate and timely payment to each employee and provides the following services:

  • Payroll customer service
  • Withholder proper taxes and authorized deductions
  • Troubleshoot and process adjustments when needed
  • Collaborating with HR to effect rate increases or retro pay
  • Tax form processing
  • Leave adjustments
  • Collecting and disbursing garnishments, tax liens, and child support as required by law

Most employees are paid on a biweekly schedule through direct deposit to their bank account(s).

Adjunct faculty members are paid in accordance with their contract provisions.
