Averett Alumni Awards Nomination Form

Alumni, faculty, staff, and friends of alumni are welcome to submit nominations for any of the award categories listed below.

1. Submit nomination forms and other pertinent information to the alumni office by Friday, April 19, 2024.
2. Letters may be submitted through this website or by email to [email protected]
3. Award nominations are welcome throughout the year preceding the deadline. They will be saved for consideration for one year.

Other Considerations: The Nominee must be available to attend Homecoming and the Awards Ceremony to receive their award.
